If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange or refund. Only unused items that are in the same condition as you received them are eligible for a return. The item must also be returned in its original packaging. Some items cannot be returned. This includes perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. We also do not accept returns of hygiene or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Other items that cannot be returned: * gift cards * downloadable software products * some health and personal hygiene products To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
